There is something rotten in the state of Aylmer

It's *snowing*! I'm serious! Melting snow, true, thick and fat and droopy liquid flakes, but *come* *on*! Mother Nature has a decidedly strange sense of humour.

ANYway, I leave the day after tomorrow! *bounces around*

Things that still need to be done:

- sew my little Canadian flag on my backpack
- do a practice packing of my backpack
- go to the bank to change money and get a couple of travellers checks
- make my MP3 CDs
- write down all the numbers and information that my parents might like to have
- un-subscribe to the Yuri ML (I'll stay subscribed to AWAD, it's only 6 messages a week and small ones, at that) so I don't have too much mail in my Hotmail
- make my room presentable to any guests that may or may not come visit while I am away. Having a big closet is good.
- finish reading volume VI of Sandman
- give my sandals a good scrubbing because they tend to reek in hot weather and dirty my feet
- make myself a sewing kit
- hostel reservations???

That's all I can think of for now... I think I have pretty much everything aside from that, but I'll go over it all at least twice more before I leave.

Now let's all pretend that everything is planned and packed and worry-free...
