Yesterday was productive in spite of a late start, made later by the huge amount of snow that had built up in our driveway. The trouble with having a driveway, especially such a long one, is that it must be cleared, so we were late picking up the third party for our Korean buffet lunch. Not so good. On the other hand, the lunch was very good. Mmm, chap chae... Must return!

Afterwards, we drove through a white and blue-shaded city, the trees looking like they'd been draped in lace, to pick up A-L. Together, she and I dove into the daunting task that is making an inventory of my fabric stash. I'd started already, but it's SO MUCH EASIER with someone to help; I didn't have to keep putting the tape measure down to pick up a pen and vice versa! We got quite a bit done, though not even half of what I have, and we managed to get the saris out of the way (they're a pain to measure and fold, they're so long) and the smaller pieces will be easier to do on my own. I need to figure out a good way to set up, I want to do some more today.

The best part, though, was when I was explaining my inventory system to A-L.

Me: First I write the length and width of the fabric, then underneath that the price.
A-L: I see. And is this who you bought it from?
Me: ...?
*A-L points at where I'd written "georgette"*
Me: XD That's the type of fabric! *rofl*
A-L: ...oh. -_-;

Later on, we watched the first four episodes of Densha Otoko, which is hilarious and you all must watch it. The main character is a typical loser otaku (with potential, of course) and what will he not do to impressive that kind, beautiful girl he helped on the train?
