(no subject)

Once again, here I sit at my computer, minding my own business, when what should drop out of the sky but a ladder, right in front of the sliding doors leading to the patio. Which, as you may recall, are just to the left of my desk. So now the ladder's there and cables over the railing and though I can't see anyone, I hear footsteps on the roof -- ah, there are some feet! Someone's climbing down! If I were a more social sort of person, maybe I'd wave at him.

Ah, I get it, it looks like they're setting up the window-washing rig. Why they didn't wash the windows when they had scaffolding all over the side of the building, well... I'm not sure.

*minutes pass*

Yup, he's washing the windows, all right!
