Things to do, things to be done
May. 13th, 2007 12:00 pmI figure that if I write them down, I'll perhaps be one step closer to completing a few of these things.
- Scan slides. But is it worth it, when my little scanner can only go up to 1200dpi? Or should I wait until this summer, take them to my parents' house, scan them there with my father's professional-grade scanner and leave them for safekeeping? Yes, I think I'll do that.
- Go through bookmarked sites, reorganise my system and get rid of dead links and links I never use
- Use up the stashes! The yarn stash is rather small and I have projects underway, so that shouldn't be too much trouble, especially since I knit while watching tv and movies. As for the fabric... In the past two months I've made 4 skirts, numerous pillowcases and am now discovering the wonderful world of cushion-dressing (only 2 seams? Sign me up!) so I'm rather pleased with my productivity. Next, I think some reversible skirts are in order: twice the fabric, twice the options! Excellent.
- Write. I'm trying to be more diligent about my Travelpod and I'm starting to write for myself again. What I'd really like to do it complet NaNoWriMo this year; last year I signed up but didn't even really start and the year before that, I got about 10,000 words in before petering out.
