(no subject)

Yesterday, I sewed! Nothing finished to show you yet, unfortunately, because I decided that all the trim I had just Would Not Do, but I have a blouse sans elastic and lace, all sewn and serged and nicely pressed, so... soon! Today, if I get myself to a fabric shop.

I also started on my Insane Curtain Project, and that meant handling lots of bits of fabric that haven't yet been washed, so my breath is a bit shallow due to the chemicals on them - I react that way to them sometimes. Now I'm trying to decide whether it's worth washing those pieces (they're duppioni scraps and fray like crazy) or if I can survive all the hand sewing I'll be doing. Decisions, decisions...

Anyway, I figure a change is in order and am off to stick my face in plum blossoms for an hour or so. ^_^
