Jun. 25th, 2009 10:19 pmSo there I was, waiting for the light to change at Shibuya crossing, minding my own business, when my eyes were assaulted by this huge add that was PURPLE and PINK and GOLD and apparently is for Fuji Terebi's new drama called 恋して悪魔 (ヴァンパイヤ ボイ). The guy on the poster has these miniscule little fangs, but what I want to know is...
Does he SPARKLE??? XDDD
Lately I've been on a family restaurant kick -- K and I have made ガスト the scene of our weekly nihongo endeavours, and I've been frequenting similar places on my own, because it's much nicer to study when I can order various things to munch on as the mood strikes. I continue to be vastly amused that this country is full of restaurants where you ring a bell to be served, and also, the drink bar: best invention ever, Y/Y? (Royal Host has pineapple jasmine tea and Tropicana orange juice! Grazie Garden has maple tea, which is surprisingly delicious! And let's not forget our beloved Skylark, which kept us well supplied in beverages all through the night!)
Anyway, the other day it occurred to me that I hadn't yet partaken of the Chinese flavour of such establishments, which is why tomorrow, I'm taking myself on a hot date to Bamiyan to sample their mapo tofu. X3 *packs textbooks and notebooks*
