So I'm watching tv (right now, in case anyone else wants to tune in) and there's finally something decent on! And so far it's been so deliciously predictable that even if I didn't understand Japanese, I'd have no trouble following it:

Kouhei is out of a job, but his wife doesn't know. After fruitlessly searching, he decides to go back to being a host, which he was back before he met his wife, when he was known as the "King of Roppongi". Of course, since he's 36 years old, he's practically laughed out of the club, but the reigning Host King (XDDDDD) is feeling magnanimous and gives him a week to prove himself. Now comes the clash between Kouhei "Being a host is about making women happy and caring for them!" and Bleach-head "We're here just to get the women to cough up as much money as possible!". Oh yeah, and there's the newest (I assume) host at the club, the young guy who is all kira-kira when Kouhei makes his little speech about cheering women up in his SOOO-not-host-like suit.

That was weird and funny.

Thanks for the kind words regarding the hamster death!

It's true that kids and animals both need supervision. That's why kids can remind me of my hamsters.

Don't worry about being unable to comment. I am really behind on comments. Sorry I haven't been replying or keeping up. I was at my parents' place with less privacy and a slow computer. Then things have been busy.

I'm an adult. My parents keep reminding me of my age, but I think they're the one who needs reminders. They say that I never grow up when they're the ones who are not giving me the opportunity for it. As for the daily phone calls and watching over the house when there was no reason for needing someone home, the only reason that made sense to me was their trying to control. The problem is I'm still under their money.

Happy Belated Birthday to your mom! Sorry it's also the day of your husband cheating on you. I hope the divorce works out.

Sorry you were feeling wound up that day. Sometimes we just feel that way and fear something bad happening for no reason. I hope things were better.

It's good you can be thankful despite all the struggles you've been through.

Nice haircut!

I'm glad you enjoyed Hokkaido.

Tabitha is so cute!

I like Caramelldansen, too. Happy songs do make it easier to wake up.

My apartment is often messy, too.
