Its basically 'shonen Jump matsuri' :D So they have booths selling goods from all Jump series...performances by seiyuu. Umm I think 2 years ago, they had Saitou Takumi as Ichigo (from Bleach) as a preview to the Bleach musicals...but that was back when no one knew who Saitou Takumi was of course ;D
Yeah is that weekend good for you? The weekend of Dec 20/21st (I'm thinking *if* we can go to Tenimyu and Jump festa in that weekend, that would be great...and less stress on my wallet :P) Any time is good. I probably can't make it if its early morning tho...so anytime at, or after 12 works :D
