So, for the ongoing Happiness Meme, three things:
Today, K sold me her old bicycle for the price of the pick-up fee (it was stolen a couple of weeks ago, and she got the notice that it had been found this week -- she wanted to get a new one anyway). So now I have proper Japanese wheels, with baskets!
The walk to work this morning was lovely, all crisp air and pretty leaves.
At the moment, I'm eating strawberries with cream, and drinking a pseudo-kir. Because I don't know what else to call blueberry liqueur in white wine. But whatever you call it, it tastes great!
