In the past two days I've gotten cute holiday cards from starrbeam and rynn_sama. Thank you, girls! <3 Lindsay, I know you're moving, so where should I send your card? *is so behind on mail*

Mmm, drinking white Russians makes me sleepy, apparently. Or maybe I'm just generally tired.

My serger, according to the nice man at the sewing machine shop, should be okay. They don't sell this brand in Japan, so the best he could do was tell me to get rid of the washer. Here's hoping things run smoothly!

My legwarmer is progressing. Big, bold stripes are where it's at!

While shopping for a gift this evening (secret Santa exchange at work), I told myself very firmly that I would buy nothing for myself... but then I discovered that the Kichijouji Parco has a Cocue* and a bunch of other shops that I like. So I ended up buying a pair of shoes and two pairs of earrings (on sale! *feels justified*). I'm telling myself they're Christmas presents, so I'll put them under the tree and not think about them until next week.

My movie/book/tv reviews are... fermenting. But I made a list!

Only four more days of work to go... then it's two weeks of freedom, which I will kick off in style with tenimyu! :D

* No, the irony of the name is not lost on me. >_< But still, they have really cute, really comfortable shoes.

Shoes and earrings! Some of my biggest weaknesses. XD *helps justify the purchases* You can never go wrong with sales!

And while you're making legwarmers... I'm buying them. I bought some super soft ones today. A black pair and a white pair. Why? I don't know, but I'll toss together some outfits for them anyway!

Are you going to a Tenimyu? I kind of hate to ask but may I ask you to pick up some photosets for me? I'll be wandering around Tokyo Jan 3rd-5th and I thought about doing a run out to Kichijouji for Animate (because I found it after we parted ways last time and I don't know where any others are XD) so I could possibly see you for a bit.

And the Kichijouji Animate is not worth going out of your way for, it's so small; we should go to a different one! I've never been to the Shibuya branch...

I sort of wanted all of Shitenhouji A since the bonus gift thing is kind of cool but that can get pricey so... if it's all right, Shiraishi, Kenya, and Zaizen all the A cast x2? I wanted to get one of each for a friend for her birthday.

So what are you doing Sunday the 4th? XD We can definitely meet up and do a little shopping and grab some food. I don't think my friend and I really have any plans for that day. Saturday will be full with arriving just before the concert and then rocking out for several hours and then Monday I have to catch at the latest the 2:20pm shinkansen home to catch the last bus to the resort. x_x That is such a pain! And I figure your classes might start back up again that day as well but if not, the morning can be yours?

Brynn is cool with taking over Shibuya on the 4th so long as it ends with eating at T.G.I.Friday's. XD I have to admit I've been craving their burgers since the last time I was in Tokyo.
