Note to all people seeking to acquire ladies' undergarments in Tokyo: Amos Style gave me some chocolates (Lindt milk chocolates, in case you're wondering) for shopping there today, so I guess this is a good time to be buying stuff! If I'd known, I'd have bought one item and gone back at other times for more. Mmm, free samples...

In back news, there are 6 stitches, it seems. The pain is pretty much gone, but now I have to deal with the deep, annoying itchiness of skin knitting itself back together. (Isn't that a great image? Millions of tiny little skin cells with knitting needles, attempting to connect themselves to each other. ^o^) GRRRR, I JUST WANNA SCRATCH! *whimper* I know it's a good sign, it's just not fun. Good thing it's right in the centre of my back, otherwise I might be tempted to poke at it. XD

In other news, woohoo, Dream Live 7th comes to Tokyo -- well, Yokohama -- after Golden Week, which means I get more time in Europe with my family! *dances around*

It's down to six!

Cat is wearing a large crystal pyramid on her wrist. Uh, okay... XD

Guys' Routine: Wow, what an opening number! I could have done without the fluorescent green bowties, fingerless gloves and lightning bolts. @_@

Jeanine & Ade (samba): Mary says it wasn't good as a samba, but I kind of got hot and bothered watching this. Though it's true that Jeanine outshone Ade by quite a bit.

Kayla (solo): Can we call a moratorium on développés? Please? I'm sick and tired of the girls' solos being a long series of

Melissa & Evan (Broadway): Old-style Broadway, and I thought it was adorable. Not memorable, but certainly fun to watch.

Ade (solo): Yay, a guy's solo that isn't all jumps!

Kayla & Brandon (contemporary): While the routine was great, the dancing was superb, and the story poignant, this somehow didn't move me. The judges give Kayla a tongue bath each time she steps up on stage, but I can't agree with them. While there's nothing about her I dislike, exactly, I'm just not wild about her. *shrug*

Melissa (solo): Mmm, smooth, slow and sexy pointe work.

Okay, so "Napoleon and Tabitha" got shortened to "Nap y Tabs", and am I the only one thinking that Cat is standing there giggling to herself "Nappy tabs! Teehee! XD"

Jeanine & Ade (hip hop): This was great, and Jeanine totally rocked it! Loved the choreography, the boxes were a brilliant prop.

Brandon (solo): So apparently, all Brandon has to do to get my attention is do O, Fortuna justice with some incredible dancing while wearing nothing but booty shorts. Good lord, that guy really needs to pose for art classes. Study of human musculature, indeed!

Melissa & Evan (quickstep): I really like these two together, they're so cute! They started out strong, but as it went on, they seemed to tire a bit. At times, Melissa's legs seemed weird, but I don't know if that's when she was trying too hard to be shorter than Evan. They looked great, anyway.

Jeanine (solo): If I'd been there, I'd have been screaming for her, too! Damn, she's good. Incredible control in her turns, and have I mentionned she's hot?

Evan (solo): If I didn't really want Jeanine or Melissa to win, I'd be rooting for Evan right about now, just because it would be beyond awesome for someone with his dance style to run away with the prize.

Kayla & Brandon (disco): Again, I don't know... Those lifts were very cool, and it was fast, but it seemed choppy, like there was no flow between the different lifts and movements. Maybe I'm just prejudiced against these two, though, because the judges loved it. *shrug*

Girls: Sonya Tayeh obviously had way too much fun with this. Superheroines! :D I love how strong the girls have been this season; the guys just don't measure up, to my mind. "Is it a bird? Is it a plane? It's an arabesque!" Oh, Nigel. XDDD Hah, and here I thought he'd given up the pervy old man act. But I was thinking exactly the same thing about Jeanine. That is, yum, gorgeous cleavage. ^_______^

Bloh, I don't want to predict who will be the final four. I'll just say that I want it to be Jeanine, Melissa, Evan and Ade.

My god, an opening routine about clowns that managed to be gorgeous and sad and incredible and I couldn't tear my eyes away! I love this show.

Wow, the stylist was so close, yet so far! Gorgeous shade of green (and you know how I love green!) and SEQUINS galore (and you know how I love sequins!) and a sexy back, but that combination of large shoulder pads with the severe swept back hair is just odd.

Seeing those routines from season 4 just cemented my love for Katee. She's amazing, and I wanted her to win. I didn't begrudge Joshua his victory, but I was kind of annoyed at how the producers decided to go into high gear with the "This guy has never had any formal training before!" near the end of the season, when they'd previously shown us a picture of him in ballet class, and he broke out a perfect brisé in his audition.

JabbaWockeeZ? That was amazing! :D

Blah, I knew Kayla would get through to the finale... Hmph, at least Jeanine made it!

Final four: Jeanine, Kayla, Evan (yay!) and Brandon. The hip hop talent was thin on the ground this season, but it's good that at least one of the finalists (Evan) is not a contemporary dancer.
