EASTAAAAAAH! III: The Revenge

Looking through the pictures after the fact, I noticed that of all the food we consumed, there was barely any pictoral evidence, at least on my camera. If anyone else has some, please share, especially if it involves YES!! post-cooking but pre-eating.
Apart from YES!!, we had: salad and dressing made by Emily; ham and fried okra, provided by Kimberly; Swedish meatballs as well as baked zucchini and eggplant with cheese on top, courtesy of Jamie; shepherd's pie, a joint effort by me and Alexis (well, he brought the can of creamed corn from Canada XD); bread, cheese and crackers brought by William; yummy Vietnamese snacky things from Kira; potatoes mashed by Imo-hime (Tiffany); my sangria; rice cooker cookies made by Sarah; Eda's amaaaaaaazing lemon poppy seed cake and another cake whose name I can't remember but was also very yummy; apple slices (and Peeps!) dipped in chocolate, brainchild of Jamie. Am I forgetting anything? @__@
At some point during the proceedings, Kira and Alexis discovered their common heritage. Said William, "That's the first time I've ever witnessed a spontaneous high five in the wild."
After sticking YES!! with the thermometer for the third time, I deemed her ready for consumption. Look, Ma, no proper carving knife!
There's ham in this shot, but mostly it's a big pile of YES!!, rosy and perfectly tender. *_______*
Emily stuffs her face with bread, Eda makes an "OMGFOOD" face, Alexis throws gang signs.
Because it would be cruel to deny Tabitha a share of YES!!, I tear up some little pieces for her.
Is this not the best picture of a cat ever to be seen on the intarwebs? GO FORTH AND MACRO, PEOPLE! }:D
Eda brings out some sliced heaven on a plate!
One of the best lines of the evening, uttered as Alexis tried to take a picture of the rest of us: "Ichi, ni, san -- shit!"
Jamie brings out more dessert, because we're all starving and NEED MOAR NOMS!
After that, things descended into even more silliness. The guys (all two of them!) spent some time showing each other videos on YouTube, or whatever it is guys do. XD Possibly one of them is responsible for the little additions to my to-do list?
As for the girls, we somehow ended up breaking out the measuring tape and comparing bust, waist and hip measurements, and lining up in order of boob magnitude. And you know what? I did not win the smallest bust competition! D: *shocked*
Sarah, on the other hand, has got the goods:
Nana had to leave early, so I got out the tripod and we made a game attempt at a classy group portrait.
We are full of YES!!
Ehhh, framing was a bit off. Let's try again!
Better. Now, how about a goofy one?
Work it, baby! Sexy pose, sexy pose!
Now, fierce! Like tigers! Or large kittens!
Then someone put Lady Gaga on and there was dancing!
I uploaded the pictures and we indulged in the meta-ness of laughing at all the pictures of the party while it was still going on, before people had to start getting themselves home. Sarah stayed over, and she and I walked with the last few stragglers to Inokashira Park, stopping along the way so I could try a picture the likes of which I've always wanted to take:
Maybe next time I'll be more successful?
And that's it! I had so much fun, and I'm really glad that everyone else seemed to enjoy themselves as well. I love you guys! <3
