oh and thinking about food... you want to put the planning post up here? since it's at your place and I'm just providing the occasion and (parts of?) the food! :D
for general info, here's what I'm planning to make:
with shrimp and fish :D and maybe if there's time a specially seasoned kind of pork :X but I think since it's supposed to be a side-dish...not too much... (if you want the seasoning mix, I'll leave it with you XD and tell you how to use it~)
Probably with chicken instead of beef though since beef is expensive :X but that depends on the popular vote and whether I can find a big enough slab of meat... plus...it needs longer to cook so I guess chicken would be better if we want to eat it on the same day :X
and since all of that is going to take up all my time...maybe someone else can take care of dessert? :3 but yeah that's my rough plan~ ♥ unless of course you want to get a pine-apple and I show you how the vietnamese people peel it to preserve as much of the actual fruit as possible...? (there's a picture up on facebook XD)
I shall also be a good teacher and hand down lots of family knowledge X3
