Day 09 - Favourite stores/shopping centers.

If it's the January or July sales, Ikebukuro is the best place, I find. Between Parco and Sunshine City/Studio Alta, (not to mention all the eateries to choose from!) that covers pretty much every type of clothing, shoes or accessories I could ever want.

The rest of the time, I like the Parco in Kichijouji (I love the shoes at Cocue), and just wandering around the station building or Sunroad and the little streets around it.

Day 09 – Your beliefs

I was raised with any religion, but my mother liked to say that she raised us to be "good Christians -- without bringing God or Jesus into it." In other words, I pretty much have the standard Judeo-Christian values you'd expect of someone with my background.

I believe in doing your best, in being loyal to friends, and in appreciating the small things in life. I believe in the potential of humanity, and that we're capable of great things, both individually and together. I believe in the importance of art, and it upsets me to hear of historical artifacts destroyed through neglect, ignorance or misguided thought. I believe cats are the perfect animal.
