It wouldn't be high-speed with Bell, it would be Videotron. And from what I've found out, I think everyone (except Rogers? but I can't get them anyway) has download/upload limits. With Videotron high-speed it's 15 gigs, which isn't so bad - I doubt I'll use that much.
