Note to self: save the heels for the days you won't be out around town until almost ten, okay?

Tonight was my second yoga class and quite a bit more fun than the first; the teacher didn't talk for half an hour, this time.

It occurs to me that I've lost as much serenity as I've gained, these last few years, but I think I may slowly be getting it back.
