blodeueddThat's... that's it? My federal income tax form is complete? *shockanddisbelief* <-- as my father would say. Now I just have to mail it in and wait for the refund so I can mail in the provincial one. And it took under an hour! Without a calculator! So sue me, I've always rather liked doing multiplications and divisions the long way.
My landlords put an ad in the paper to rent my apartment, as I'm leaving next month and the first interested party will be stopping by tomorrow. I won't be here, but I suppose it's as good a reason as any to tidy up a bit; besides, it's always nice to realise that a pile of clothes isn't much mess, it just looks that way.
One of my students talked to us about scrapbooking today and showed us all her cute little scissors and acid-free pens and pre-cut borders. It seems like a dangerously intriguing idea, but It's the kind of hobby that I don't think I should start just yet, as I'm liable to go cochon-fou (as my father would also say) and buy all sorts of cute little accessories. Of course, it may be just the push I need to start organizing my photos. And I'd like to at least make a scrapbook for my Eastern Europe trip, as I've not even sorted through the tickets and all that, nor have I gotten prints of my slides made.
