blodeueddYesterday, I bought a dress form! Her name is Brunhilde and she comes from the Best Store Ever. At the moment, she's wearing a yukata. I felt bad about leaving her alone and unadorned when I went to bed, but as I had no sewing project lying around, I slipped the first garment I saw on her.
Yesterday I also had a very girly day with two friends, which felt really good. We shopped, had lunch together, shopped a bit more, then went back to the house of one (whose husband is also away on business) for wine, sausages and karaoke. Sort-of-drunk, dancing around, over-emoting karaoke, which is, as everyone knows, the best kind.
