(no subject)

I have to choose music for my ballet solo. I'm down to two choices, both ~3-minute jazz pieces by Sidney Bechet. The first one starts off slow and melancholy then picks up a bit and becomes a playful little number. The second one has what starts out as a rather menacing beat and is sultry and sexy. What to do? Well, I found a break in the first one where I could theoretically cut it and splice it with chalk and a beard. Or maybe the first two minutes of the second one.

This weekend, I introduced A-L to the Crack Formerly Known As Pocky. Go me!
