It was quite a shock when I put on my new glasses yesterday and discovered that the world doesn't have as many soft edges as I thought it did.
G shouldn't leave his chocolate lying around my living room. It just might go missing in action. Mmm, those Lindt mini gold bunnies fit just perfectly into my mouth.
Last night I tried out a recipe for chicken stuffed with pears and onions. Turned out pretty tasty, because by some miracle my chicken was perfectly cooked! No overdone bird for me, thanks. And hey, I even have leftovers for tonight. Still, I'm afraid that I'm genetically programmed to be unable to make a decent sauce -- no matter what I do, no matter how closely I follow the instructions, my sauces never thicken. It's a curse, I tell you!
