And for the "Why didn't I think of this sooner?" files...

The clothes I had tailored in Vietnam were sewn with the idea that they might need alterations after the first fitting. Obviously, that means I can easily let them out a little to accomodate my slightly-larger self. *slaps forehead*

Life without wisdom teeth is turning out to be rather uneventful, save for the new geography of my mouth which I've yet to grow completely accustomed to. I've gone back to a regular diet, thankfully, and the discomfort is minimal.

This year, la St-Jean and Canada Day are both on a Friday, so the next two weeks will be blissfully short. And when weeks are short, it means weekends are longer! Don't know if I'll do anything special, but if G and I buy our tent this weekend, we may take it out for a test run. Well, that's my plan, I'll just have to go tell G about it.

In other news, I mostly finished making a button-down shirt before even thinking of serging the pieces. Doh!
