(no subject)

I would have liked to have managed to finish my dress tonight, just to be able to say "I made my wedding dress in two days, I win!" but I just don't have it in me to do the last fiddly stuff, like put in the zipper and sew a hem, which is all that's left to do. This leaves me with a dilema because I was planning on finishing the dress tonight and use tomorrow to finish the coat, but now I'll have last time to spend on the coat. And that means a lousy job on the lining. On the other hand, I shouldn't really care because I'm really pleased with how the dress turned out. Only problem is I should have planned for deeper darts on the bodice, as it's making me look rather flat, which I'm not really anymore.

I refuse to think that I might actually have to finish things on my wedding day. Knowing me, though, I'm afraid that's what's going to happen...
