MOAR CATS!
Jul. 7th, 2008 10:48 pmSo the internet was all like, "You have a cat living with you and yet you aren't posting pictures?!" And I was all, ( "Take that, bitch!" )
I took Tabitha to the vet this afternoon, and she was not amused, though she didn't do much more than meow pitifully at me for a bit. I also got the pet hotel sorted out for the time I'll be in Taiwan, and I suppose a person who takes on the responsibility of having a pet shouldn't complain too much about the cost of it. Still, it's so much easier when you have family nearby, as they're pretty much obligated to take care of such things.
Actually, the day after she arrived, I had a brief flash of "OMG I'm completely responsible for this furry little life! D:" moment. I imagine it's what one feels when one has children, except that a cat's behaviour never reflects badly on their owner, as one expects them to be aloof and haughty. Tabitha is, however, an affectionate little attention whore. An adorable one, at that. <3
