Mar. 21st, 2010 09:40 amI am in The Middle of the Inaka, a.k.a the Tango Peninsula. I just finished two delicious ryokan breakfasts, because Laura passed on hers and I'm unable to let good food go to waste.
So far most of our road trip has been spent stuck in traffic on the highway. There was a bit, north of Osaka, that was deserted, and the scenery was probably gorgeous. Unfortunately, we zipped through it at 8 p.m. Already two hours late for our ryokan reservation, and it was pitch dark. At times, it was like driving in a sea of black, nothing but us and a bit of road in front of us, which was pretty coop.
Must go, it's time to do some touristing!
