Q1: Describe the children of #3 (Shishido) and #7 (Atobe). Are they good parents?
The kids are arrogant and pretty and and everything is "Laaaaame." Atobe is busy with work and social functions, and Shishido is fine with letting the help take care of the kids, except when it comes to showing them how to do the important stuff (tennis, video games, etc.) properly.
Q2: Describe #5 (Davide) and #1 (Kikumaru)'s first kiss.
It happens at the beach, after a game of volleyball. After a particularly lame pun, Kurobane's kick knocks Davide onto Kikumaru, who loses his balance in the sand. They go down hard, and though their accidental kiss results in split lips and sore teeth, they both enjoyed it enough to want to try again.
Q3: How would #2 (Sanada) react if #6 (Tachibana) were pregnant with #10 (Inui)'s baby?
He would make very, very sure that Renji isn't getting the urge to start making anyone on Rikkai's team injest strange drinks, because obviously Inui's experiments have serious consequences.
Q4: How does #4 (Dan) convince #7 (Atobe) to go with him/her on a date?
He looks up at Atobe with wide eyes and gushes about how strong and wonderful a player Atobe is. Atobe, never before having faced this level of cuteness, finds himself unable to resist.
Q6: #6 (Tachibana) is in love with #1 (Kikumaru). #3 (Shishido) confesses his/her love to #6 (Tachibana). Who does the latter choose? And does #8 (Horio) think he/she made the right decision?
Tachibana decides to continue pursuing Kikumaru, because he suspects that Shishido really wants to get revenge of some sort for his humiliating loss. Horio kind of wishes Tachibana had chosen Shishido, because now Tachibana hangs around Seishun Gakuen a lot and his Badass Aura is a little intimidating.
Q7: #5 (Davide) and #2 (Sanada) must pretend to be a married couple. Why?
Yukimura is in the hospital after a relapse and though he's allowed no visitors, Sanada is determined to make his way to his captain's bedside. While he's loitering around the entrance, trying to think of a plan, he sees Davide stumbling up the steps, clutching at his stomach in agony (he ate a bad clam). Seizing the opportunity, Sanada rushes to his side and helps him in, bellowing for someone to "COME HELP MY PREGNANT WIFE!" In the ensuing confusion (not least Davide's), he sneaks up to Yukimura's room. Later on, he has to endure Yukimura's teasing when a nurse shows up looking for "the father of the child".
Q8: #10 (Inui) is moving in with #9 (Oishi). What do they fight about the most?
Oishi wishes Inui wouldn't use their guests as test subjects; Inui can't understand why Oishi thinks this is a problem.
Q9: How will #4 (Dan) prove his/her love to #1 (Kikumaru)?
By wearing a bandage on his cheek and trying to master Kikumaru's acrobatic moves.
Q10: #7 (Atobe) and #4 (Dan). Love at first sight?
At first Dan refuses to believe that anyone could be as amazing as Akutsu-senpai, but then he realises that Atobe always gets his way without needing to threaten physical violence. Atobe, for his part, is bemused by Dan's earnest shimmery eyes.
Q11: What would #2 (Sanada) get #9 (Oishi) for Valentine's Day?
A book titled How To Be the Best Fukubuchou You Can Be.
Q12: Under what circumstances would #3 (Shishido) and #5 (Davide) have a happy end?
During the senbatsu training camp, Shishido is a little put out that Ohtori seems to find Kikumaru so cool, and Davide is starting to get annoyed with how often Kurobane kicks him for his awesome puns. Both sneak out after curfew to go sulk in private, and end up sharing first their frustrations with each other, then a lot more.
Q13: What does #8 (Horio) want to change about #10 (Inui)? Does the latter approve?
Horio wants Inui to get non-reflective lenses, but Inui likes how people shudder when his glasses glint.
Q14: #2 (Sanada) and #7 (Atobe) are together. Who is more protective over the other?
Sanada, and he's a darkly looming presence at all of Atobe's high society events.
Q15: Who is going to say "I love you" first, #1 (Kikumaru) or #9 (Oishi)?
Neither, because they're going to say it at exactly the same time. Synchro, remember? <3 (And Shishido is going to be standing by, demanding, "What faggotry is this?!" XD)

They go out to spy on rival schools, and then spend a romantic evening going over their data together.

Horio, because he now regrets having exaggerated how many years of experience he really has. Inui, ever the solicitous best man, offers him a shot of Inui's Super Deluxe Love Potion Remix.
Q18: #6 (Tachibana) is a secret admirer. What presents does he/she give?
A vow to win the Nationals in honour of his beloved. (... no clue, seriously!)
