Perhaps because I went first, my "I'm thankful for..." speech was very short and seems kind of lame, in retrospect. While it's true that I am thankful that so many people could come celebrate Thanksgiving with me, what I really meant was that I'm thankful for all my friends, for those who were here this evening and those who weren't, for those of you I've known for a short while and those I've known seemingly forever. Thank you. <3
On a lighter note, you know it's a successful Thanksgiving dinner when you need to make a second batch of sangria before food has even been served, when you not only name the chicken (we couldn't have asked for a better turkey stand-in than good ol' Bobby-Helen) but also one of the pies (Bulge was quite possibly the most impressive apple mountain I've ever seen), breasts are carved out of cranberry jelly, and everyone leaves ready to burst.

As a further testament to Tiff's artistry, I hereby submit the most fearsome rendering of King Kong the world has ever known.
