Eda and I made a pact tonight. So with Haengbok-sshi* as my witness, I vow to:
- be in bed before midnight every night (when I work the next morning);
- be up by 6:30 each morning (on work mornings; time to be adjusted for weekends);
- use the extra hour each morning for stretching and studying;
- keep up posting to Travelpod twice a week;
- complete at least 5 sewing projects before going to Korea.
The studying will be:
- Korean (I need to know numbers, greetings and basic survival phrases by the first weekend of June);
- Chinese (I want to finish going through my university textbooks before leaving for China in August);
- Japanese (I want to redo the books I did last autumn, and the other books I haven't done yet, before taking the JLPT again in December).
If I manage to keep these resolutions for the next month and a half, I will allow myself to buy more than one pair of shoes in Korea. Or more than one bag, or whatever awesome thing they have there for cheap. ^o^
Should I fail, the punishment will be laps, Inui juice and humiliating photos posted on the internet. Though we'll probably do the laps and Inui juice anyway, because we're awesome like that. XD
Must be off, it's almost midnight!
* That's Mr. Happy to you! (Eda, can you scan him? :D)
