Oh

My

God

Believe me when I say, with great awe, that the second episode of Game of Thrones was AMAZING. The ending. THE ENDING! The build-up, the music, the timing, it was PERFECT! *flaily arms*

Damn, I didn't expect this series to get me into the accelerated-heartbeat-edge-of-my-seat-I-can't-wait-for-the-next-part so fast.

The kids are incredible. Arya rocks so hard, and Bran. Bran! (even though he was in a coma the whole episode) *wants to hug him* I just want to wring Joffrey's pathetic scrawny neck, the prick. Tyrion is even better than I'd hoped for! And the direwolves! *shivers*

But on the subject of the direwolves, where the hell was Jon Snow's direwolf hiding all episode? *puzzled* Okay, I just checked, and you see Ghost for about half a second at the beginning of the scene when Jon and Tyrion talk on their way to the Wall, but the direwolf definitely wasn't there earlier, when Joh and his father parted ways. The hell?

And to think that I have to wait two weeks until I can watch the next episode! Oh sure, I'll be travelling around the U.K. for most of that time, but still. At least I'll get to watch two episodes back-to-back when I return to Tokyo! :D

Guuuuuh, I must watch that ending again, even though I was practically crying tears of rage right along with Arya. ;____;

I confess that I find myself mainly enjoying Dany's parts. :D :D :D While different from the book, I still like how she plays the role, and I can see how she's going about her part very subtly. I love her!!!!! Actually, I really hated her in the book at first, so maybe because it's diferent, I like her better. I don't know. I'm going to be rooting for her until the end!

And for some reason I never pictured Sansa as a redhead. I always thought she would be a brunette, and a lot thinner and more typically "princess" looking if that makes any sense. Like with a thin oval-shaped face. :D

I like Danaerys too, though I don't find her too different from my memory of the books. It seems to me I liked her character better at the beginning, but it's been a while. I'm going to get the books back from my dad next week, though, and am planning to read them again over the summer. ^_^

... are you thinking of a different character??? Sansa was always described as a redhead, and the actress is pretty thin already. "A lot thinner" would look anorexic.

It has been a long time since I read the books too, so I might be confusing things. I want to read them again, but I gave away my copy to a friend a while back! Oops! I'll have to check if I have another, or maybe I can download an ebook ^^

I can't stand half the characters. They make me SO angry. :( I hate that it takes way too long for them to get what they deserved. :(

Arya is awesome. :) Sansa sucks. :P

I loved it

Second episode was perfect. Third episode had less impact. My only complaint is Jon Snow. He looks too blump and curly and wussy to be badass Jon Snow....
