Happy New Year!
So I'm early, but I don't think I'll have a chance to update before then.
I had a minor scare this morning when my new stereo, now set up on its own little shelf, wouldn't turn on. I unplugged it and plugged it in again; still nothing. Finally, with growing frustration, I shook it a little, after which it started working fine again. *shrugs*
This afternoon I visited the Bog People at the Museum of Civilizations. Very interesting exhibit, but a little too crowded - we spent nearly half an hour waiting in line before even getting in! The only disappointment was that the Tollund man wasn't there. The Yde Girl was, however, and I couldn't help but feel sad, looking at her, with the cord around her neck and her one remaining tooth.
I'm off to Montreal tomorrow, and if anyone has some last-minute restaurant/club recommendations, feel free to post.
