blodeueddWell, I can safely say that I've never been so thoroughly spoiled on Valentine's Day before. G went all out with roses, a little stuffed animal, jewelry and a fancy dinner (at The Urban Pear, very nice) *and* a CD I wanted *and* a cute t-shirt with Basil, my Carebear, on it. A mushy card too, of course, but that was to be expected! ;D And all I had to offer was a card.
I forgot to mention that I saw "Metropolis" last week. Fascinating viewing, for more reasons than one. Think most people realize you can tell a 2-hour (plus, since a whole chunk was lost) story without sound except for music and with hardly and text?
I've just eaten and it's Saturday. What's a girl to do?! Be lazy, of course!
