My world is falling apart!

When I got to the gym, I took my running shoes out of my bag and started putting them on. As I put my foot in the right one and pulled on the tongue, the tongue came off in my hand! That's never happened to me before.

And now I just realised that my sweatpants have a hole in them. They are in pretty bad shape, with the cheap elastic showing and all, so I don't think it's worth repairing.

Can anyone say... shopping trip?! *gleam in my eyes*
