I have had a cough for over a week. Nothing life-threatening, just really, really annoying. At least it didn't keep me up the past couple of nights. One night last week, whenever I'd doze off I would wake up coughing a few minutes later. >.<

Apart from that, it hit me a few minutes ago that "guesstimate" is a stupid, redundant word. We hates it. Also, "I could care less" is an expression I hate hate hate because while it's purportedly sarcastic, it never comes across as such in text and I've never heard it pronounced that way, leading me to believe that the person using it wasn't even thinking of what the words actually mean. What's wrong with using the proper expression? Has its sentiment been dulled with over-use, leaving a non-sarcasting-sounding, sarcastic version the only way to express oneself?

While we're at it, I propose a campaign (posters? radio spots?) informing everyone that when in doubt, its' is never the solution.

Thus ends my rant for today.
