Further Chronicles of the Great Room-Cleaning Effort

When I'm a world-famous writer, people will ask me how I got started. Here's the answer, a touching inter-species love story I wrote when I was in kindergarten. Transcribed as is, spelling mistakes and all, though I unfortunately can't upload the drawings. Imagine a deformed-looking black mouse, that actually looks more like a cat, as the protagonist. Thank you.

"This is Miranda [t]he mouse. Won day Miranda was playing in the forest. Then she hueld [heard] a M [mmm sound] and she saw a mermaid [the teacher helped me spell that one]. They collected shells and lived happily ever after."

Wading through stuff like this, I've been forced to come to the conclusion that I was a very girly little girl, at least on the days I was feeling artistic. Then there were the days I was Hercules or Legolas and beat my brothers up with plastic swords.

haw haw haw!

hm, so your mouse Miranda and your mermaid were both females, and the lived happily ever after together? how interesting... we can see that already in kindergarden you were open minded to same sex unions... fascinating eh ;)
